Professional Qualifications

Bachelor of Commerce, University of Calgary, 1976. Chartered Accountant, 1978.

Licensed as a Trustee in Bankruptcy, March 1987.

Chartered Insolvency & Restructuring Professional 1996.

From 1976 to 1987, Bruce worked for Collins Barrow in the accounting and restructuring areas of the practice. In September 1987, Bruce moved to Banff/Canmore, Alberta, to establish offices of Collins Barrow. He returned to Calgary in September 1992 as a Partner with the Firm. Effective January 1, 2001, a group of trustees led by Bruce acquired the Alberta insolvency practice of Collins Barrow.
