I received a Civil Claim saying that a judgement has been filed against me and I have 20 days to dispute the claim. For the last few years I have been trying to avoid filing for Bankruptcy. Is it too late to file for Bankruptcy on this claim.

Please contact me as soon as you can to discuss your options including a Proposal to your creditors to avoid a bankruptcy. If Judgment has been obtained by the creditor in question, enforcment action is available to them which may include garnishment of your paycheque or bank account.
