I had 20 days to dispute the claim in Small Claim Court and I didn't. Most likely a trial will be scheduled soon. Is it too late to file now for Bankruptcy on this claim? Thank you

Hello You can file for bankruptcy at any time. In this situation if you are unable to prove you are not liable for the debt it might be preferable to file sooner and avoid the plaintiff incurrring additional costs. Thanks for the question.
