I have lots of unsecured debts to my co workers and before i told them i will pay them one by one and little by little by next year. And they all agree! Suddenly i received a letter frim court they file a claim against me! Niw im just wondering if i can still go to bankcrupcy? Before i dint want to do this because i want to be fair for them. And i thought our verbally agreement are ok? Can you pls advice me!
