Question:

hi there. I am seriously considering bankruptcy as I have an insurmountable debt and a business that has failed. The business is not incorporated so I believe it would fall under personal bankruptcy. I owe on two credit cards as well as an overwhelming amount in income tax and gst. can you pls advise any options I may have thank you. Jaimie Rosteski

Jaimie Given the information you have supplied bankruptcy would certainly be an option however there are other options depending upon your ability to pay. Please contact me by email at marie.kozlowski@ca.gt.com or call my cell at 403 909 9572 and I would be happyto set up a no charge consultation to review your financial situation and explain your options.
