Question:

how do we file for bankruptcy. and what are the costs involved in the process

Answer:

Tom You start the process to file bankruptcy by coming in to see a Trustee who will review your financial situation and explain the various options available including a Consumer Proposal. The Trustee will explain the pros and cons of the options so you have suffiecient information to make an informed decision on which option to proceed with . If you determine that the bankruptcy option is for you , the amount you pay into the bankruptcy can vary depending upon your income. The Trustee is paid from the funds in the bankruptcy. Please give me a call and I would be happy to arrange a free consultation to discuss your sitiuation. Thanks for the question.
