Alberta bankruptcy Q&A forum

When someone files a consumer proposal with you do you also file the tax returns during the period of the proposal? I am wondering as I have a client that says that "GT did their taxes up to the date of the proposal so he only has to file about 6 weeks worth" of income through us. From what I can read it would appear that we would need to report his full 2013 income on his 2013 return... does this seem appropriate? or is there something that I am missing? Thanks
