Question:

 

our son who is 32 years old declared bankruptcy and was all competed 6 months ago now he got credit cards again and using them like crazy he has no income he is going to end up same like before you can not talk with him about anything as he has mental problems also what will happens to him this time for doing the same things again ? and how it will effect him ? why credit card companies are giving a bankrupt person with no job no income cards ? please help as I am worried

Answer:

 

Jamal It is difficult to give a definitive answer with very little information. I can advise however that a second bankruptcy would be for a minimum period of 24 months given he has no income and that accumulating debt so quickly after his discharge may be considered conduct subject to censure in the second bankruptcy.
