Bankruptcy Calgary Edmonton Q&A Forum

Question:

I was recently released from jail and I'm trying to get my drivers licence back. I've been told that there is a judgement against me with an insurance company for 5000$ For an accident I was not involved in but was not informed of court dates or that my vechile was even reported I have been told unless I can prove it wasn't me then I am forced to pay the money before I can drive and I need to get my licence back for employment. I also have a number or unpaid creditors that I owe money aproxamitly another 4000$ I would like to know how I can go about filling for bankruptcy or if I would be considered because I'm unable to receive a bank loan and I can't handle this debit on my own Thank you Chris Kellogg
