Question:

what are the requirements in bankruptcy? If this is a second brankuptcy, what are the repercusions

Answer:

Hello, To simplify, the duties required for a second bankruptcy are two financial counseling sessions, filing monthly income and expense statements for either 24 or 36 months, surplus income payments or Trustee fee and provide your tax information for the year of bankruptcy. A second bankruptcy will stay on your credit report for 14 years and resurrect the first assignment. Hope this answers your concern. Please contact our office to discuss the requirements in detail based on your circumstance or alternatives to a second bankruptcy.
