Question:

Can you pursue a debtor who is in prison?

From:

Grant Thornton Limited

Date:

Answer:

Hello, Yes you may purse someone in prison for a debt that is outstanding; however, you may not recover much with a judgment if the individual has no assets and no source of income. Hope that answers your concern.
