Thomias, In my experience, you may not qualify for a student loan while you are in a bankruptcy proceeding. You may qualify after bankruptcy or a consumer proposal. I would suggest that you contact National Student Loans or the provincial student loan center to discuss your circumstance if you were considering enrolling in school. You may also want to explore school grants and training programs that might be available for individuals with low income. Hope that helps.
