Hi Prabhu, If you wanted to keep your vehicle then you may want to contact the bank to defer payments for a couple of months to give you more time to find employment. However, if you have decided to surrender the vehicle then you can let the bank seize the car once your payments are in default. Depending on your vehicle financing contract the bank may be able to enforce collection for the shortfall. Perhaps you would like to meet with one of our professionals to review the financing contract and discuss your financial options.
