Hello, As a director, you may be personally responsible for source deductions and GST if Canada Revenue Agency chooses to enforce collection. The Labour Board may also try to collect from you personally for wages owed to your employees. If you decide to file for bankruptcy or if you have been discharged from bankruptcy the debts from the company such as source deductions, GST and wages owed will be discharged.
