I owe $50,000 on a personal loan and about $20,000 on a personal line of credit, if I declaim bankrupcy will I be forced to sell my stuff to try and pay these depts?

Hello, When you file for Bankruptcy the Trustee will review the assets you own. The province that you live in has legislation that protects certain assets from your creditors. You are not forced to sell everything you own to repay the creditors.
