I owe $25,000.00 in Credit Card debit and a line of Credit for $53,000.00. I own a 2006 Honda Accord I make approx. $35,000.00 a year. I'm in my 60's.Still working. I have RRSP's for about $35,000.00. I have no pension except government, these RRSP's are all I have. If I claimed bankruptcy would I loose my RRSP's. I have no home, I rent. Thank you

Hello, You will not have to surrender your RRSPs in an event of a bankruptcy. Perhaps contact our office for a confidential discussion concerning your formal options.
