Question:

 

i am currently in my 2nd bankruptcy, and am self employed and have not been discharged, and have a substantial cra debt for taxes, can i file again? its a long story , my current trustee i am taking to court, its very ugly and dont know what to do. plz advise

Answer:

 

Hi Jon, Unfortunately, you cannot file a third bankruptcy if you haven't been discharged from your second bankruptcy. Once you are discharged then you may proceed to file a proposal or a third bankruptcy. If you had any other concerns please do not hesitate to contact our office.
