Hi there I was just wondering if I were to consider persanal bankruptcy would this affect my wife's credit even tho all debts are in my name and would I be able to keep my home and one of my viechle cause we have 4 children and my wife works nights and I work days.and also would I be able to to get my good credit back after the 7 years.

Hi Rudy, If all the credit cards and loans are only your responsibility then filing for a bankruptcy or proposal will not affect your spouse's credit. After a bankruptcy or proposal, you are able to re-establish and rebuild your credit rating again. Please call our office at 310-8888 to discuss.
