Hi Tariq, Bankruptcy allows the creditors to recovery the minimum amount based on your financial situation while giving you financial relief. Your family income is compared to the low income cutoff to determine the minimum payments made in bankruptcy. Family income would be the earned income as well as pension and other benefits received to pay expenses. We would be happy to discuss the process in detail either in person or over the telephone. Please contact us at 310-8888 to talk to one of our professionals.
