Hi, how cant I revoved my ex wife from a line of credit and the bank donât want to removed her and this was order by the court went we devorced which I was responsible to do...and yesturday got a registered letter from my ex wife lawyer to removed her from the line of credit or the will bring me back to court .. I donât have the money to paid that line of credit done know what to do...

Answer:

 

Hello Raymond, You will need to refinance the line of credit and bank account balance to payout the joint loans to remove your ex-spouse from the liability. The bank typically doesn't remove the joint debtor/ owner until the accounts are paid. Hope that answers your concern. Good Luck
